At MXT Racing Suspension we work with motorcycle forks and shock absorbers, steering shock absorbers and car and UTV shock absorbers. Our goal is to provide you with a customization service to the smallest detail to get the most out of your equipment. Perfect adaptation of a suspension to the rider gives you greater confidence and driving ability for the best possible performance in every use.

MXT Racing Suspension founder Rui Assunção got his first bike at 12 years old. Later, at the age of 18, he started motocross racing, initially on a Sachs 50 and later on a Honda CR 500 with which he raced until he was 23. At this time Rui worked as a rider mechanic while running at the same time on Motocross and Supercross. He later created a small motocross team that initially featured Bráulio Silva and Vasco Martins. In 1996 he started his company, initially focused on promoting his team's sponsoring brands in motocross events.

By this time already with much experience in the maintenance of motorcycles, Rui noticed a lack of offer in the market of maintenance and suspension tunning. It was then that he focused on specializing in the area and created the MXT Racing Suspension.

He began studying on his own and trained attending professional training in the existing major brands, Racetech, Kayaba Technical Touch and WP. With a lot of dedication and passion for the area, he began to make name and distinction in the world of suspensions. In 2000 revalved the suspensions of Helder Rodrigues who wone the absolute national championship of Enduro. After defending the title until 2006, he made his first appearance in the Dakar with the already famous MXT suspensions.

In 2014, Rui harvested the fruits of all the effort and commitment he had, built his new facilities and began a phase of sustainable growth for his company. The attention to detail, the desire for perfection and the investment in research and learning are the values that Rui Assunção started his business and the same that are still part of his work today.
